Introduction:

This document establishes the terms and conditions that regulate the relationship between CI Canada and its representative (hereinafter, the “CRIC”) and the service provider (hereinafter, the “CL”) for the provision of the service that pays online.
1. Services:
Any service, consultation or evaluation, that is acquired by the CL, is limited
2. CL Responsibilities:
The CL undertakes to:
• Provide the CRIC with accurate, complete and truthful information about your personal, family and financial situation.
• Follow the instructions and recommendations of the CRIC.
• Sign and submit all documents necessary for the immigration application.
• Pay the CRIC’s professional fees in accordance with the provisions of the contract.
3. Fees:
The CRIC fees are established in the payment for the service paid online and where both parties agree to sign it.
• The amount paid does not include government expenses, transportation or parcel expenses and translations.
• It is important to highlight that if you continue with an additional program or service, a new contract will be established according to the new service with the particular conditions to be taken and that the amount paid for the online service taken is not refundable to the new contract.
4. Refund Policy:
Once the CL marks and accepts the terms and conditions, they agree to take the service for which they paid, therefore, there is no type of refund.
5. Confidentiality:
The CRIC is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all information provided by the CL.
6. Jurisdiction:
This agreement is governed by the laws of the province of Quebec, Canada.
7. Acceptance of terms:
The CL accepts the terms and conditions established in this document by signing the service contract with the CRIC.
Recommendation:
It is important that the CL reads this document carefully since its acceptance is interpreted as knowledge and acceptance. Sorry there are no returns.

Este documento establece los términos y condiciones que regulan la relación entre CI Canadá y su representante (en adelante, el “CRIC“) y el tomador del servicio (en adelante, el “CL“) para la prestación del servicio que paga en línea.

• Pagar los honorarios profesionales del CRIC de acuerdo con lo establecido en el contrato.
3.Honorarios:
Los honorarios del CRIC se establecen en el pago del servicio pagado en línea y donde ambas partes se comprometen a firmarlo.
• El valor pagado no incluye gastos gubernamentales, gastos transporte o paquetería y traducciones.
• Es importante resaltar que en caso de continuar con un programa o servicio adicional, se establecerá un nuevo contrato acorde al nuevo servicio con las condiciones particulares para tomarse y que el valor pagado por el servicio en línea tomado no es reembolsable al nuevo contrato.
4.Política de reembolso:
Una vez el CL marca y acepta los términos y condiciones, acepta tomar el servicio por el cual pago, por tanto, no hay ningún tipo de devolución.
5. Confidencialidad:
El CRIC se compromete a mantener la confidencialidad de toda la información proporcionada por el CL.
6. Jurisdicción:
Este contrato se rige por las leyes de la provincia de Quebec, Canadá.
7. Aceptación de los términos:
El CL acepta los términos y condiciones establecidos en este documento al firmar el contrato de servicios con el CRIC.
Recomendación:
Es importante que el CL lea detenidamente este documento ya que su aceptación se interpreta como de conocimiento y aceptación. Sopena de no haber devoluciones.
